Rehomed my girls

We found a new home for Princess Leia and Padme. We did this for many reasons. I have discovered that as I am getting older I am developing allergies. I seem to be allergic to the hay that the guinea pigs need to have and also I seem to be allergic to the guinea pigs themselves (the cats too). By having the female guinea pigs go to a new home I have halved the amount of hay and hairy creatures that reside in the living room. The added bonus is that the male guinea pigs are now getting along. Luke and Anakin have now been sharing a cage for a day and are kinda getting along. They are still trying to figure out who is the boss.

Being how the kids love animals we are planning on getting a non shedding dog in the new year. We have previously had a lhasa apso and she was a great dog, so we are thinking about finding another like her.
