When 2010 began I, like a lot of people, made new years resolutions. I have had trouble keeping all but one of my resolutions. Luckily the resolution that I am keeping is one of great importance. This resolution was to change the way I eat and to lose weight. 2 and a half months into the year and I am down 33 pounds. This is so exciting for me, especially being how I am currently sitting at a weight I have not seen for about 4 years. I am hoping to be down below 190 lbs by Christmas, and hoping to eventually settle somewhere between 150 and 175. For those of you that know me, you know I have not been that weight since my mid teen years.
I am so excited about this weight lose, and I am equally excited about the types of food I have been eating. It is great to "diet" without eating "diet food".
